What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our Customer Care team, you’ll lead initiatives to grow our Corporate Direct-to-Consumer channel, develop and execute sales programs, and support customers with care and precision. You’ll collaborate across departments—from Marketing to Special Events—to deliver personalized experiences and elevate our brand.

Your day-to-day will include:
•  Designing and executing corporate sales strategies
•  Building strong customer relationships and converting leads
•  Supporting gifting and membership programs
•  Handling customer orders, live chats, and shipping logistics
•  Creating etching artwork and supporting promotional orders

Experience we are looking for:
•  2+ years in outbound sales or business development
•  Strong understanding of the sales cycle and corporate structures
•  Tech-savvy with tools like Microsoft Office, CRM, Shopify, and Adobe Illustrator
•  A customer-first mindset and a love for problem-solving
•  Ability to thrive in a dynamic, open-office and warehouse environment

Physical Requirements:
•  Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work evenings/weekends during peak seasons (holidays)
•  Comfortable multitasking in a lively, sometimes noisy setting
