Union Square Wines & Spirits is looking for experienced sales associates. Knowledge of wines and spirits is a must. We are looking for people who can hit the ground running. Attention to detail and having a strong and positive presence on the salesroom floor are key to being successful at this position. The position would be a mix of opening and closing shifts and at least one weekend shift is mandatory.

The ideal candidate has at least 2+ year of experience in retail wine sales. You will need to spend a lot of time on your feet during a shift so please keep this in mind when applying. We have a large and diverse staff so being able to interact with many people is a strength we are looking for. Ultimately this is a customer service position so having a pleasant attitude, good verbal skills and a calm demeanor are key.


Qualifications:
* Proficient in creating and maintaining social media campaigns
* Energetic and Enthusiastic.
* Passion for learning about wine and spirits
* Computer competence expected
* Retail sales experience.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Able to work weekends and evenings.
* Able to lift cases of wine.
