Established by Bill Foley in 1996, Foley Family Wines & Spirits (FFWS) is a portfolio of highly acclaimed wines and spirits from some of the world's greatest estates. The company owns more than 25 wineries and distilleries, each with its distinct style, legacy, and approach to hospitality.

Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales and distribution within a defined sales territory. The Regional Sales Manager is expected to manage relationships at the supplier (FFWS), distributor and customer level that will increase distribution and achieve FFWS sales objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•  Daily distributor management throughout sales territory including but not limited to: pricing, programming, inventory management, key account relationships, winery representative visits and education to distributor sales teams.
•  Partner with distributor personnel to establish annual execution plan including but not limited to: key account programming, innovation/new item initiatives, sales incentives, sales blitzes and focus weeks, market work calendar and trade events
•  Multiply sales efforts through market work, distributor management, key account relationships and educational seminars
•  Construct unique and engaging wine presentations and sales tools that embrace FFWS company standards, programs, and initiatives
•  Develop strong relationships with key distributor managers and sales reps
•  Grow and foster professional relationships with key accounts in region
•  Responsible for operating within assigned budgetary parameters
•  Completes accurate and timely reports
•  Other duties as assigned by Division Sales Manager

Education and Experience:
•  Degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing or related field preferred
•  5+ years sales experience in the alcohol beverage industry
•  3+ years of proven success at wholesale sales key account development
•  Successful track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with key account buyers
•  Demonstrate prior success of consistently exceeding sales goals in previous positions

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
•  Professional Attire
•  Must possess a current driver's license, maintain current auto insurance coverage, and a clean driving record
•  Ability to lift 50 lbs. case of wine
•  Requires the availability and willingness to travel weekly as well as work flexible hours and weekends, when necessary
•  Candidate must be prepared to reside within territory
•  Strong understanding of the Fine Wine / Luxury Wine Category
•  Ability to work in a fasted paced environment, adapt and respond to change quickly
•  Excellent communication, presentation and organization skills
•  Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based computing
•  Ability to develop strong relationships with wholesale sales representatives
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills
•  Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently
•  Excel in problem solving and data analysis
•  Ability to work collaboratively internally and external to the organization is required
•  Strong negotiation and selling skills
•  Ability to effectively present one-on-one or in a group setting
•  Continue to develop wine & spirits knowledge, business acumen and sales skills to increase professional growth
