The Role
We’re looking for a Part-Time Sales & Hospitality Associate to join our tasting room team. This role blends genuine hospitality with thoughtful sales, welcoming guests into the Overshine experience and helping them connect with our wines, story, and vibe.

- Host tastings with warmth, professionalism, and a personal touch
- Share Overshine’s wines and story in an engaging, approachable way
- Talk confidently about wine basics (styles, varietals, pairings) — with training to deepen your knowledge
- Support wine and club sales during tastings through natural guest connection
- Assist with daily tasting room operations: set-up, clean-up, stocking, and closing duties
- Contribute to events and private tastings that reflect Overshine’s culture and California soul

What We’re Looking For
- Weekend availability required plus flexibility for weekday shifts/events
- Friendly, reliable, and comfortable engaging with a diverse range of guests
- Some wine knowledge required, be able to describe wines and eager to learn more
- Hospitality or tasting room experience a plus, but not required
- Must be 21+ and able to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
