Director of Sales – Eastern U.S.

Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams and distributor networks to bring our brand vision to life across key markets.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute a bold, market-driven sales strategy for the Eastern region that elevates brand presence and drives sustainable growth.
• Lead revenue planning, forecasting, and distribution strategy across all channels.
• Forge and deepen relationships with distributors and key accounts, ensuring alignment with brand standards and long-term goals.
• Champion luxury brand storytelling through education, events, and targeted activations.
Team Development
• Inspire, coach, and empower Regional Sales Managers to achieve excellence, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
• Lead impactful sales meetings, planning sessions, and ongoing professional development programs.
• Partner with the National Accounts Team and peers in other regions to ensure seamless execution of nationwide strategies.
Sales Operations & Performance
• Own regional budgets, pricing strategy, and distributor performance with precision and accountability.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities, monitor trends, and optimize execution.
• Deliver clear and timely communication to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across internal and external partners.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven Sales Leader: 5+ years of progressive sales leadership with strong account relationships in the Eastern U.S. market.
• Luxury Mindset: Experience with premium or luxury brands and an understanding of what sets them apart.
• Strategic Thinker & Executor: Able to see the big picture while flawlessly delivering on the details.
• People Developer: Skilled at coaching, motivating, and growing high-performing teams.
• Analytical & Agile: Strong quantitative skills, business acumen, and the ability to adapt quickly in an evolving market.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Lifestyle & Requirements
• Based in the Eastern U.S. (territory residency required).
• Willingness to travel extensively (including nights and weekends).
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and manage sales materials on the go.
• Clean DMV record and ability to maintain a productive home office.
