This role will be a 4 to 6 month temporary assignment.

In this role, you will delve into complex analyses and research to evaluate our financial and business performance across various domains. Your expertise will guide us in understanding financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investment opportunities. With your keen eye for trends, you'll prepare forecasts and offer insights into manufacturing, sales, and general business conditions, helping us make informed decisions.

Your contributions will be vital in crafting detailed work plans and schedules, conducting thorough analyses and research, and preparing comprehensive reports for management. We value your recommendations for actions or changes to enhance our projects, and you'll be actively involved in budget formulation and monitoring departmental expenses. Your monthly variance statements will ensure we stay aligned with our financial goals.

You'll also have the opportunity to participate in developing departmental procedures and performance measures, driving continuous improvement. Your role may include conducting special financial and business-related studies, contributing to our broader strategic objectives. What You'll Need

•  Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of Gallo experience to include business analytics and financial modeling work.
•  Experience with MS Excel at an intermediate level.
•  Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
•  Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

•  Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics or mathematics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of Gallo experience to include business analytics and financial modeling work reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
•  Master of Business Administration degree.
•  Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Experience writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers and customers.
•  Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions. Experience interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and dealing with several abstract and concrete variables.
•  Experience performing work that is varied and may be somewhat difficult in character, usually involving limited responsibility, requiring frequent evaluation, originality or ingenuity.
•  Knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of this particular field of specialization.
