Job Description:

Regional Sales Manager – The Family of Silver Oak
Travel-Based | Full-Time Required Location: Houston, TX – States Covered TX, LA, OK

Shape the Future of Fine Wine Sales
Are you a relationship builder, a self-starter, and a team player who thrives in the field? Are you excited by the opportunity to grow iconic wine brands through meaningful connections, storytelling, and smart strategy?

The Family of Silver Oak—including Silver Oak, Twomey, OVID, Timeless, and Prince Hill—is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to help lead the next chapter of growth across key U.S. markets. At the Family of Silver Oak, we believe great wine is built on great relationships. We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to take ownership of a key territory, helping us strengthen partnerships, open new doors, and bring our wines to more people across the region. This is a role for someone who is both strategic and hands-on. About 70% of your time will be spent in the field—partnering with distributors, calling on accounts, hosting tastings, and driving results. The rest will focus on planning, analysis, and collaboration to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

If you’re motivated, relationship-driven, and excited to represent some of the most respected wines in America, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the face of our portfolio in your market—spending four days a week on the ground, deepening relationships, educating distributor teams, and ensuring our wines are not just placed, but passionately presented.

In the Field (70%)
•  Execute sales strategy with distributor partners, driving placements, volume, and brand prestige.
•  Grow business by developing new accounts and strengthening existing relationships.
•  Spend significant time in the market—making sales calls, prospecting, and supporting distributor teams.
•  Collaborate on pricing, programs, and inventory to meet goals.
•  Represent our wines at trade events, tastings, and dinners, often during evenings or weekends.
•  Lead presentations, inspire distributor sales teams with brand education, and foster strong partnerships.
•  Manage your territory budget with accountability and care.

Administration (30%)
•  Build strong distributor partnerships and collaborate on launches, pricing, and brand execution.
•  Allocate wines strategically, ensuring integrity and consistency across accounts.
•  Analyze sales, trends, and competition to guide smart decisions and hit quarterly targets.
•  Partner with the Wholesale Team and NA lead on trade marketing and national account priorities.
•  Plan and execute impactful market visits with winemakers and company leaders.
•  Keep leadership and colleagues aligned with clear updates, ideas, and collaboration.
•  Respond quickly to customers and teams to strengthen relationships and drive growth.

Who You Are
We’re looking for a results-driven professional who puts relationships first. You think strategically, act with agility and integrity, and lead with confidence—without ego. With at least three years of sales experience (wine industry strongly preferred), you bring proven success in building business, growing case volume, and managing wholesaler relationships at both sales staff and management levels. Your existing contacts with key on- and off-premise accounts set you apart, and your skills in MS Office, CRM systems, and presentations make you an effective communicator and partner. Highly motivated, proactive, and organized, you balance attention to detail with big-picture thinking, all while maintaining professionalism, collaboration, and a positive, entrepreneurial mindset. A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and residency within the territory are required.

What the Job Really Looks Like
This role involves daily travel within your territory to visit accounts and support distributor partners, with occasional evening and weekend events. You’ll balance time between your home office and the market, often handling administrative work on the go. The position requires the ability to juggle multiple priorities with professionalism, along with the physical capacity to lift up to 35 pounds of wine samples and sales materials.

Why Join Us
Join a team that represents a family of world-class wines respected throughout the industry. Here, honesty, hard work, and collaboration aren’t just values—they’re how we work every day. As part of a company rooted in sustainability, integrity, and doing the right thing, you’ll build a career you can be proud of.
