Job Description:

You will lead preventative maintenance assessments and own the necessary corrective actions. Your knowledge of maintenance will maximize uptime and asset utilization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•  Act as the on-site bottling mechanical expert. Lead preventative maintenance inspections and perform required preventative maintenance, in line with vendor specifications.
•  Must be able to adjust and respond to general maintenance needs in a timely manner as directed by management.
•  Perform regular services, diagnosis, repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of site utility equipment.
•  Demonstrated ability to follow all safety protocols (lock-out-tag-out, personal protective equipment, etc.)
•  Utilize workflow software to track PMs and other maintenance work orders.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
•  Education – High school education or higher and a proficiency in mathematics required
•  Valid California driver’s license and ability to be insured through our auto insurance carrier
•  Ability to make basic math calculations including but not limited to percentages and ratios
•  Basic English skills, both written and verbal required
•  Ability to work overtime and be available for emergency calls as requested
•  Ability to prioritize work, follow direction and complete tasks in a safe and timely manner
•  Ability to contribute to a positive work environment by communicating and performing according to established standards is required

This role’s compensation is anticipated to fit within the range of $28.00 - $40.00 per hour. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate skills, experience, knowledge and education.
