About the job opening:
The Silver Oak Marketing Team is looking for a bold, digital-first growth leader who’s equal parts strategist, innovator, and doer. You don’t just thrive in fast-paced environments, you help set the pace. You’re someone who loves challenging the status quo, isn’t afraid to test the unconventional, and knows how to turn insights into impact across the entire consumer journey—from sparking awareness to building lifelong loyalty.

In this high-impact role, you'll be at the heart of accelerating growth across the Silver Oak portfolio of brands. You’ll build and lead full-funnel marketing strategies rooted in data, creativity, and experimentation. You’ll also roll up your sleeves to drive daily performance, while keeping a clear eye on the big picture and long-term brand health.

You'll report directly to the CMO and play a key role in shaping the future of our brands.

This is a regular full-time position, eligible for all company benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and time off. This position will work hybrid from home and our Oakville, CA location.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Lead the strategy and execution for all digital marketing channels—social, email/SMS, paid media, affiliates, e-commerce, and more.
•  Own the customer journey from first click to lifelong fan, driving traffic, conversions, and retention.
•  Push creative boundaries to optimize performance metrics while building brand equity.
•  Manage monthly paid ad budgets with a focus on smart, data-backed decisions.
•  Partner with internal teams, agencies, and platform reps (Meta, Google, TikTok) to deliver innovative campaigns and test new opportunities.
•  Inspire, coach, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
Qualifications:
•  8–10+ years leading digital marketing programs across acquisition, CRM, and lifecycle channels.
•  Proven success managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and delivering measurable growth.
•  Strong analytical skills and a creative edge.
•  Management experience building and leading engaged, high-performing teams.
•  Bonus points for experience in the alcoholic beverage industry.
