We are in search of a full-time Customer Service professional to join our team in the American Canyon office/warehouse. While an interest in wine and eagerness to broaden your expertise is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The role demands strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and computer proficiency. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, high spirits, self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work quickly as part of a team to address a wide range of customer service inquiries. The ideal candidate will be ready to hit the ground running and seamlessly integrate into our operations during training.
Job Description:
Respond to customer service emails promptly and courteously. (POSITION INVOLVES HEAVY EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE)
Handle the export and printing of wine orders.
Collaborate closely with our warehouse and shipping partners to guarantee a smooth ordering and delivery process for our customers.
Manage all facets of exceptional customer service. (ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK IS REQUIRED).
Requirements:
Available to work in an office setting from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, in American Canyon, CA.
Possesses excellent typing abilities and fundamental PC/Microsoft Office skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Exhibits excellent critical thinking capabilities.
Demonstrates a proactive work ethic.
Capable of following instructions and assimilating information effectively.
Can lift up to 40 lbs.
Proficient in collaborating closely with diverse personalities.
Experience with various shipping services (FedEx, UPS, GLS, etc.) is advantageous, although training is available.

Pay Range: $21.00-$24.00 per hour nonexempt. Hourly rate based on experience.
