Our Business Development team is looking for temporary help to support our customers during a busy time.  We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for excellence in customer service. Your ability to think quickly, prioritize effectively, and maintain a keen focus on customer satisfaction will make you a perfect fit for our team.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional client support via various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and address concerns promptly and effectively.
Assist BD team with administrative functions such as billing requests to Accounting, customer communications, client management and salesforce management.
Sample Management: tracking, inventory and shipping.
Backup for all incoming company communications.
Other duties, as assigned. 

The successful candidate’s background includes: 

Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused approach and the ability to convey project information timelines in a timely manner.
Proven track record in providing outstanding customer support, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Innate problem-solving skills, with a flexible approach to meeting the diverse needs of clients and colleagues.
Experience in a client-facing role or customer support environment is preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
