Marketing Coordinator

Last Bottle, Inc

Napa, CA

Job Description:

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Napa, California
Reports to: Director of Marketing

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations and campaign execution across our digital channels.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage and update content across our Shopify storefronts, including product pages, homepage assets, and collections. You'll also handle marketing ecomm administration (e.g. discount codes, loyalty programs, Shopify apps).
Execute wine club member communications, support retention efforts, and optimize the onboarding experience for new subscribers. Coordinate assets and timelines for club announcements, processing, packing, and special offers.
Assist in the creation of campaigns and flows in Klaviyo, ensuring accuracy, strong CTAs, and brand alignment.
Develop strategies to welcome new shoppers, celebrate milestones, and surprise & delight VIPs.
Support campaign launches by coordinating assets, tracking deadlines in Notion, and working with creative and merchandising teams.
Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate across merchandizing, creative, and operations teams.
Assist with QA on site updates and campaign sends to ensure flawless execution.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

1–3 years of experience in a marketing, e-commerce, or digital operations role (internships included).
A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills — you catch typos and broken links before they go live.
Comfort with content entry and light HTML tweaks within Shopify or email templates.
A team-first attitude and excellent communication skills — you thrive in collaborative environments.
An appreciation for branding, customer experience, and data-informed decisions.
A proactive mindset — you spot areas for improvement and take initiative to make things better.
Bonus Points If You:

Have direct experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Notion, Canva, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Have worked in or are passionate about fine wine.
