Harvest Interns - 2025

Story of Soil

Buellton, CA

Job Description:

Story of Soil in Buellton, CA is seeking full-time harvest interns for this upcoming 2025 vintage.

We are a small family owned winery producing 3,000+ cases annually. Our winery focuses on highlighting single vineyard, single varietal wines sourced from all AVA's within Santa Barbara County. We only source from top vineyards that choose to farm with organic, biodynamic, regenerative or sustainable practices. In the winery, we showcase the purest expression of the grape from the vineyards we source from, using a minimal intervention approach. Our goals are to continue educating ourselves, while calling on our experience—knowing that vintage variation requires adaptation and a non-dogmatic approach. We aim to keep perfecting our craft, with an open mind to new ideas, all while maintaining the highest level of dedication to making world class wines with fruit from Santa Barbara County.

Story of Soil produces wine for several custom crush clients. This will give you the opportunity to experience the making of different wine brands, styles and varieties.
