Hourly Wage: $21-$22 per hour plus gratuities & incentives
Hester Creek Estate Winery, located in Oliver, BC, has a legacy dating back to 1968 when our vinifera vines were first planted on the Golden Mile Bench. Our commitment to excellence has earned us numerous accolades and awards over the decades with our award-winning Tuscan inspired Terrafina Restaurant and The Villa at Hester Creek, a six-room bed and breakfast style full-service accommodation. It is also home to one of the most well-appointed wine shops in the Okanagan Valley including an 80-seat patio, 14-seat demonstration kitchen and multiple event spaces.

We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Wine Shop Ambassadors to join us for the 2025 season. Our ambassadors are presentable, approachable, positive and personable. It is our goal to provide each guest with exemplary customer service and a ‘true wine experience.’ Our wine shop works as a team and being a team player is crucial to our success. Previous wine or hospitality experience is beneficial but not necessary. If you are willing to learn and looking to start a career in the wine industry, join our team!

Qualifications:
- Possess current Serving it Right
- Previous industry experiences beneficial but not necessary
- Willing to learn and be challenged
- Team oriented
- Flexible: able to work evenings and weekends, including holidays
- Physically able to lift 30 to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to open and close the wineshop as needed
- Leadership skills
