Located in the historic heart of the Texas wine industry, Fredericksburg, Texas, our tasting room is more than a place to sip wine. It’s where Italian heritage, Texas resilience, and personal connection come together. We're seeking a hands-on, hospitality-driven Tasting Room Manager to lead our daily guest experience and help elevate Buli Limestone Wines into a nationally recognized destination.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Develop the Team – Hire, train, schedule, and mentor tasting room associates with a focus on hospitality, wine knowledge, and sales performance.

Deliver Memorable Guest Experiences – Create a welcoming, educational, and engaging environment that brings our story, wines, and brand to life for every guest.

Wine Club Engagement – Drive wine club growth through personalized service, effective follow-up, and consistent communication with members.

Sales and Inventory Oversight – Manage POS operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and meet revenue goals through merchandise, wine, and experience sales.

Event Support – Assist in the planning and execution of on-site events, private tastings, winemaker dinners, and wine club gatherings.

Compliance and Cleanliness – Ensure compliance with TABC, health, and safety standards, and maintain a pristine and professional tasting room environment.

Marketing Support – Collaborate with ownership and marketing partners to execute promotions, social media initiatives, and seasonal campaigns.

Ideal Candidate:
Passionate about wine, storytelling, and hospitality

2–3 years of wine industry or tasting room leadership experience

Strong communication, organization, and team management skills

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems (preferably Commerce 7, WineDirect or similar)

Willing to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings for events

Able to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
