ONEHOPE is hiring a Harvest Winemaking Intern for the 2025 season.
This position will interface with all aspects of the winemaking process. From lab duties to cellar. We are a very tidy small team, so the majority of the time you will be actually making the wine alongside our winemaking team. From receiving the fruit, setting up the equipment, sorting the berries, processing it, performing additions, and fermentation management. You will work with different varieties, extraction methods, barreling down, transfers, possibly bottling and the usual cleaning and sanitizing.
The more you want to learn, the more we want to show you!
To perform this work, we need you to:
• Have one harvest of experience, although a good energy and desire to make exceptional wines are the most important things
• Be flexible and able to work long days and weekends
• The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, climb stairs and ladders and work in a safe and efficient manner
• Work independently, although you’ll have plenty of guidance
• Follow detailed verbal and written instructions
ONEHOPE is a brand rooted in purpose and our mission is to bring people together to celebrate and serve the world. Each of our wines supports a charitable cause, empowering people to do more good through everyday actions. Since its launch, more than $11 million in donations have been made to help feed the hungry, provide water to communities in need, with clinical trials for cancer patients, find forever homes for shelter animals, and much more.
