Sonoma-Cutrer Vineyards is looking for a talented and passionate Harvest Lab Intern to join the team for Harvest 2025. We strive to make some of the greatest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the world, while providing a safe, educational and enjoyable work environment. We are looking for individuals who are truly passionate about wine, whose selfless work and dedication will be devoted towards creating an incredibly compelling wine. Under close supervision, the Laboratory Intern will perform routine laboratory analysis and support the lab and winemaking teams.



What we will ask you to do:

Calibrate, operate, troubleshoot and maintain all laboratory equipment.
Process grape maturity sampling.
Monitor fermentation, daily Brix/Temp using DMA.
Run pH, TA, FSO2 and TSO2 on the Auto titrator.
Conduct enzymatic analysis and Potassium on Y15.
Pull samples from tanks and barrels as needed.
Set up wine tastings.
Monitor fermentations
Enter data into multiple computer programs.
Make additions and inoculations to wines/must.
Perform bottling QC checks and packaging material inspections.
Perform other tasks as necessary.

Ability to lift up to 42lbs.
Ability to climb ladders.
Ability to work in various temperatures.
Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record required.
