Role Summary
The Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) & Brand Experience Associate is a vital, outward-facing
representative of Serres Ranch. This role blends hospitality, logistics, and sales with opportunities
for creative expression and brand storytelling. You'll host intimate tours and tastings, represent the
brand at public events, and support seamless wine club operations. This is a hands-on role in a
dynamic, family-run environment—with real opportunities for growth, creativity, and impact.

Key Responsibilities
•  Hospitality & Guest Experience
o Host private tours and wine tastings at the ranch with warmth and professionalism
o Represent Serres Ranch at wine events, farmers markets, and industry functions
o Provide personalized hospitality that drives loyalty and sales
o Assist in procuring, confirming, and preparing for upcoming guest visits
•  Marketing & Brand Engagement
o Create and publish engaging social media content aligned with our brand identity
o Attend events to promote the Serres Ranch brand in the broader marketplace
o Assist in other content creation as needed
o Act as a brand ambassador both onsite and on the road
•  Sales & Fulfillment Operations
o Process and fulfill wine orders, including wine club shipments and website sales
o Track inventory of wine, materials, and hospitality supplies
o Coordinate pickups and deliveries from the warehouse and make local deliveries
o Maintain records of guest visits, club memberships, and order history
•  Team & Flexibility
o Collaborate across departments with a can-do attitude, pitching in where needed
o Assist with administrative, corporate, or ranch-related tasks during slower periods
o Be flexible and responsive in a fast-moving, family-run business environment
o Additional duties may be assigned to support the ongoing success of the business

Qualifications
? Prior experience in hospitality, wine, events, or customer service preferred
? Proven sales performance
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Self-starter with excellent time management and follow-through
? Familiarity with POS systems and basic CRM/wine club software a plus
? Must have a clean driving record and be comfortable making deliveries or pickups
? Ability to lift 40–50lbs and work occasional evenings or weekends
? Passion for wine and enthusiasm for storytelling and hospitality
