What You'll Do:

As our Supply Chain Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our operations, orchestrating the journey of every bottle. You'll gain deep, end-to-end exposure to the complexities and nuances of a global wine supply chain.

•  Supplier Onboarding Maestro: Take the lead in bringing new winery partners into our ecosystem. You'll manage all documentation and system entries, ensuring a smooth and efficient start to every relationship.

•  Precision Purchasing: Generate and meticulously manage purchase orders, collaborating closely with our internal teams to guarantee accuracy and timeliness, keeping our inventory flow seamless and efficient.

•  In-House Software Champion: Become our go-to expert for our internal purchasing software. You'll be instrumental in supporting, training, and optimizing its use across the team, ensuring everyone can leverage it effectively.

•  Proactive Problem Solver: Master the art of exception management! You'll proactively identify and swiftly resolve any discrepancies in orders, shipments, or system entries, ensuring flawless continuity in coordination with the warehouse team.

•  Strategic Supplier Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for our invaluable suppliers. You'll cultivate strong, collaborative relationships, ensuring clear communication and mutual success.

•  Logistics & Shipment Architect: Coordinate complex shipment timelines with suppliers and logistics providers, meticulously overseeing the movement of every bottle from origin to our facilities. You'll troubleshoot delays and manage challenges to maintain smooth, cost-effective operations.

What You'll Bring:

•  A strong understanding of wines from around the world – from regions and appellations to varietals and terminology. Whether it's from professional experience or a deep personal passion, your wine knowledge is highly valued.

•  2–3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics, ideally within the fast-paced beverage or consumer goods industry.

•  Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite is a plus but not required.

•  Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to data accuracy and process compliance – you're the person who catches everything.

•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build rapport with suppliers and collaborate seamlessly across internal teams.

•  A self-starter mentality with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
