Legacy Barrel Services, based in Napa, California, is a trusted leader in barrel financing and asset management. With over 30 years of industry experience, we help premium wineries and distilleries improve cash flow and streamline barrel operations through customized leasing solutions.
We’re hiring full-time Sales Account Executives to expand our footprint in Napa and Sonoma.This is an in-market role—not remote—and requires a strong network of winery decision-makers. Candidates must reside in or near the wine country and bring proven sales experience in the wine or wine-adjacent industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell barrel leasing and financing solutions to key decision-makers overseeing winemaking and financial operations
• Prospect and close new business to meet/exceed sales targets
• Maintain and track pipeline activity through CRM and integrated Microsoft 365 applications
• Represent Legacy at networking events, and trade shows
Our Ideal Team Member:
• 5+ years of B2B sales in wine or wine-adjacent sectors
• Deep network in Napa/Sonoma wine region
• Consultative sales approach with strong closing skills
• Highly self-motivated, accountable, and professionally polished
