Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and energetic Wine Bar Server/Host to join our
team. As a server at Hidden Harbor Wine Bar, you will play a crucial role in delivering an
outstanding guest experience. You will provide personalized wine recommendations,
share your knowledge of our curated wine list, and ensure guests enjoy their time with us.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a passion for wine and a love for providing
excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Greet guests warmly and provide an exceptional wine-tasting experience.
•  Help guests select wines based on their preferences, offering detailed information
about our selection of wines and pairings.
•  Serve wine, soda, and food to guests in a timely and professional manner.
•  Educate guests about the wines on the menu, including their origins, flavors, and
production methods.
•  Ensure the wine bar is clean and organized, including maintaining glassware,
utensils, and bar area.
•  Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
•  Process transactions, manage tabs, and handle credit payments accurately.
•  Assist in stocking and inventory management of wine, beverages, and supplies.
•  Support special events and wine tastings as needed.
•  Keep Shop/Bar areas clean and tidy.
•  Selling Wine Club subscriptions

Qualifications:
•  Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service required.
•  A passion for wine and a desire to learn more about wine regions, varietals, and
tasting techniques.
•  Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with guests of all
backgrounds.
•  Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
•  Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining
professionalism and positive energy.
•  Must be 21 years of age or older with current MAST license.
•  Preferred experience with Wine Club sales.
•  Knowledge of local wines and vineyards is a plus but not required.
