We are seeking an aspiring Oak Product Specialist to help expand and grow our Oak winemaking products within the Scott Lab portfolio. __________________________________________________________________________________________

Job Description
The Oak Product Specialist will be primarily responsible for the daily management of incoming calls and orders for the Oak lab. This is a customer-centric position with general administrative tasks that involves strong communication amongst departments and interfaces daily with customers.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
•  Manage Oak inventory and forecasting of product demand
•  Support data entry, order processing, and internal reporting
•  Maintain accurate records of trial outcomes and feedback
•  Provide technical consultation and troubleshooting support to both customers and internal stakeholders
•  Partner with sales representative to provide technical backup and post-sale support
•  Conduct product presentations and technical training for internal teams
•  Attend occasional trade shows and events to support brand and product awareness
•  Build strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the wine and beverage industry

Key Qualifications:
•  Bachelor's degree in Enology, Food Science, or related technical discipline preferred
•  2–4 years of experience in the wine industry, preferably with exposure to oak products
•  Prior customer-facing or technical support experience highly desirable
•  Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple trials and administrative tasks
•  Technically proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
•  Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to remote customer visits and industry events as needed

Salary Range - $75K - $90K (DOE)
