The Opportunity: Scaling digital ad campaigns that connect, engage and convert
As a Paid Media Specialist at Digital Beverage Group, you will plan and execute paid media campaigns across social media and OTT platforms. You’ll build upon our existing efforts and grow our business through your mastery of popular ad platforms. You’ll help us achieve our aggressive new customer acquisition and customer retention and reactivation goals.

What You'll Be Doing:
•  Own paid media and programmatic strategy and execution, reporting directly to the Growth Marketing Manager.
•  Develop paid media plans, budgets, KPI frameworks, and performance tracking in conjunction with Growth team leadership.
•  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives.
•  Manage agencies and data partners to execute campaigns effectively.
•  Optimize campaigns across Paid Search, Display (Programmatic), and Paid Social.
•  Drive full-funnel integrated digital advertising campaigns and landing page optimization.
•  Leverage persona development and customer journey mapping to enhance engagement.
•  Utilize analytics and data insights to refine digital ecosystems and improve conversion.
•  Ensure alignment between Growth, Marketing, Copy Writing, and Merchandising Teams
•  Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks to assess campaign effectiveness.
•  Provide regular insights through health check-ins, monthly summaries, and QBRs.

What You’ll Bring:
•  3+ years of experience in Media Planning or Performance Marketing required.
•  A bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or Economics is preferred, or equivalent experience in digital marketing.
•  Agency experience preferred. Wine industry knowledge is nice to have, but not required.
•  Strong familiarity with Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple and Reddit Ads ad platforms
•  Clear understanding of bidding strategies, audiences, events, pixels, conversions and leads
•  Strong grasp of the business math behind the ad performance analysis (Gross Margin, New Customer CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER)
•  Fluency in the eCommerce ecosystem surrounding the ad platforms (GA4, GTM, Shopify, Klaviyo, Stape)
•  Proven A/B Testing methodologies, the ability to plan out and execute many tests simultaneously, and the communications skills to clearly articulate the results
•  Foundational Graphic Design skills. You don’t have to be a Photoshop or Video editing whiz, but basic image and video editing skills in Canva or similar programs will be helpful.
•  Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with a talent for data validation, visualization, and reporting campaign results.
•  Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO principles.

Location & Flexibility:
This role is based in our Napa, CA office. The ideal candidate is based in Napa Valley, CA however we will consider candidates in the Bay Area.

Compensation:
•  Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually
•  Bonus: Eligible for a 10% annual bonus, contingent on individual performance and overall company profitability.
