Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, detail-driven Tasting Room Associate to join our full-time hospitality team. This role is ideal for someone who embodies warmth, professionalism, and an insatiable curiosity for wine and connection.

As a Tasting Room Associate, you’ll play a central role in delivering unforgettable guest experiences, supporting allocation membership growth, and upholding the visual and emotional excellence of our hospitality spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage guests with intention, generosity, and authentic hospitality
Host curated tasting experiences that reflect the Abbott Claim story and values
Sell wine and allocation memberships with genuine enthusiasm and care
Execute fine dining-style service in a relaxed luxury environment
Support all daily operations: reservation check-in, restocking, food preparation, and wine fulfillment
Maintain the visual and experiential excellence of the tasting room and wine cave
Manage personal correspondence with guests and members to ensure a warm, concierge-level experience
Assist with shipping logistics, order packing, and tracking for tasting room and allocation orders
Contribute to event execution, trade visits, and occasional offsite activations
Operate both independently and collaboratively depending on daily needs
Embrace flexibility: Contribute wherever needed with a team-first mindset—no task is too small when it comes to creating extraordinary experiences.

Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings

Qualifications & Requirements:

5+ years in hospitality or wine industry (tasting room experience preferred)
OLCC and Food Handler’s certifications (or ability to obtain)
Must be 21+ years old
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Familiarity with Commerce7 and shipping software a plus
Wine certifications encouraged but not required

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time hourly role (Thursday through Monday)
Competitive hourly rate (DOE)
Commission on wine and allocation sales
Tips from tastings and events
Event sales bonus structure
