Canvasback Winery is looking for talented and passionate Harvest Intern to join them for Harvest 2025. The Harvest Intern is responsible for providing support for all harvest operations in Washington State, including vineyard sampling, transport of grapes from vineyards to winery, fermentation management, and data input for tracking winemaking information.

What we will ask you to do:
•  Conduct vineyard sampling.
•  Make routine visits to Canvasback vineyard sources in Washington State.
•  Monitor vineyard lots for ripeness and maturity.
•  Conduct basic lab analysis on vineyard samples (Brix, pH, T.A.)
•  Assist in coordination of pick schedule.
•  Transport bins and grapes
•  Monitor crush and fermentation operations.
•  Support winemaker in adjusting fermentation temperatures, mixing schedules, timing of additions.

What you will need:
•  Have the ability to drive flatbed trucks and load/unload bins.
•  Computer skills.
•  Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
•  Forklift skills a plus.
•  Positive attitude.
•  Energy and endurance for staying sharp during long harvest hours.
•  Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.
