The Role:
Are you passionate about technology and eager to help growers succeed? Join us as our first In-Field Customer Success Representative in Northern CA.
In this critical customer-facing role, you will support new, existing, and prospective customers, guiding them to success. You'll help vineyard managers and viticulturists discover and implement the value of our cutting-edge technology, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You’ll also collaborate with our sales team to conduct on-site demonstrations and training, and customer support.

About the role:
– This is a full-time, hourly, seasonal role spanning approximately 9 months during the growing season.
– For high performers, there is the opportunity for conversion to a full-time, year-round position.

What you’ll do:
– Serve as the primary person for customer inquiries, requests, and support needs.
– Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and training for our FruitScope vision systems.
– Regularly drive 1-3 hours to customer vineyards to guide new technology implementations.
– Conduct on-farm demos for prospective customers to show our technology in action.
– Regularly engage with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction, and relay customer insights, requests, and suggestions back to our engineering teams.

Preferred skills & experience:
– Valid driver's license AND reliable personal vehicle for frequent travel to customer vineyards.
– Previous experience in customer-facing roles (especially in agriculture or ag-tech).
– Comfortable and confident with daily, frequent customer interactions.
– Familiarity or experience with vineyards or the grape/wine industry.
– Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Slack, and CRM systems like HubSpot.
– Flexibility to occasionally work irregular hours to align with growers' schedules.
