Lakeridge Winery and Vineyard is located in sunny Central Florida. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our small production team for the 2025 harvest season. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain experience and build a foundation in the wine industry. We are a mid-sized winery processing 1500 -2000 tons annually. We use a combination of new and old-world winemaking; our staff have many years of experience to lean on and learn from.
The position will include assisting with all general harvest operations, such as: Pulse air, fruit processing, cleaning and sanitation of tanks and equipment, transfers, inoculations, racking, fruit receival and processing. While a harvest position for the right individual it could be an extended stay.
We would prefer previous winery or harvest experience. Although the right attitude and enthusiasm for learning and hard work are considered. Forklift experience/certification a plus but not required. During Harvest we work 6 days a week, in three shifts, 6-3, 2-11, 10-7 you will be assigned one of these before harvest. Prior to harvest you will receive our GMP training along with our annual harvest training. You will also be working the bottling line prior to harvest and immediately after harvest.
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions
