Youngberg Hill, an iconic wine country destination in the heart of Oregon’s Willamette Valley, is seeking a Tasting Room Assistant Manager to help lead our guest experience team. We are a boutique, organic winery and inn known for our breathtaking views, exceptional hospitality, and commitment to sustainable farming practices.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about wine, hospitality, and providing exceptional guest experiences. You’ll be part of a supportive, tight-knit team, working in one of the most scenic locations in the valley.

» Position Details:
•  Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday (32–40 hours/week)
•  Compensation: $22/hour + tips + wine club sign-up bonus
•  Start Date: ASAP

» Key Responsibilities:
•  Manage daily tasting room operations, including opening and closing
•  Provide guided tastings and educate guests on our wines and story
•  Promote wine sales and wine club sign-ups
•  Support inventory management and stocking
•  Help coordinate events, group tastings, and wine club activities
•  Ensure a clean, welcoming, and polished environment
•  Lead by example with professionalism, attention to detail, and enthusiasm
•  Assist in training and mentoring team members as needed

» Ideal Candidate:
•  Experience in tasting room or hospitality environments
•  Strong communication and customer service skills
•  Confident, friendly, and comfortable engaging with guests
•  Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy setting
•  Passionate about wine and eager to continue learning
•  Interest in long-term growth within a boutique winery setting
