Compensation: $20–$25/hour based on experience + commissions, bonuses & gratuities

About the Role:
Romeo Vineyards & Cellars is seeking an enthusiastic Wine Educator to join our team for the busy season. This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering memorable tasting experiences in a beautiful garden setting in downtown Calistoga. You’ll share the story of our wines, grow our wine club membership, and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Set up and break down of tasting room & garden areas
•  Host tastings & educate guests about our wines
•  Promote wine sales & encourage Wine Club memberships
•  Assist with reservations, wine club fulfillment & online orders
•  Provide excellent customer service at all times
•  Support special events & private tastings
•  Available for on-call and shift coverage as needed

What We’re Looking For:
•  Positive, enthusiastic, and personable demeanor
•  Self-motivated, reliable, adaptable & a team player
•  Strong sales & hospitality skills
•  2 years’ experience in wine or hospitality preferred
•  Available weekends, evenings, some holidays (including July 4th)
•  Must be 21+ and able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods

Schedule & Work Environment:
•  Afternoon & evening shifts between 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
•  Typical schedule: 20-30 hours per week
•  Work on-site at Romeo Vineyards in downtown Calistoga

Compensation & Perks:
•  $20.00 – $25.00/hour (DOE)
•  Monthly commissions for Wine Club sign-ups
•  Yearly performance bonuses
•  Guest gratuities (cash & credit card)
