We are seeking an Associate Innovation Manager to join our dynamic team and spearhead brand innovation initiatives that will shape the future of our business. In this role, you will manage multiple project platforms, ensuring alignment with project objectives, and lead cross-functional teams to transform ideas into market-ready products. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating with various departments, delivering frequent updates to leadership, and ensuring timely decision-making for market delivery.
As an Associate Innovation Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of liquid development, serving as the key liaison between Product Insights & Innovation and cross-functional partners from the project's inception to completion. You will lead and facilitate the idea brief process, collaborating with teams such as BU Finance, PISO, and wine/spirit-making to define scope and other aspects of the project. Your role will include monitoring and evaluating innovation processes, identifying problems, and providing recommendations to ensure smooth implementation.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you work with cross-functional partners to ensure consumer preferences are reflected in the final product. You will bring fresh thinking to the team, ensuring that processes and project initiatives run smoothly and efficiently. Leading cross-functional teams, you will develop comprehensive project plans aligned with market timelines and milestones, ensuring all aspects of product development progress according to plan.
You will participate in the Agile Process to coordinate timelines and project plans with partners, monitor activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, and present findings to leadership to gain alignment on priorities. Your responsibilities also include complying with quality, environmental, and safety regulations.

What You Need
• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in Scrum/Agile, Process Improvement, Consumer Packaged Goods, or Supply Chain to include experience leading cross-functional projects reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of Gallo winery experience in, Scrum/Agile, Process Improvement, Consumer Packaged Goods, Supply Chain, Sales or Marketing to include experience leading cross-functional projects reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Master's degree plus 3 years of experience in Scrum/Agile, Process Improvement, Consumer Packaged Goods, Marketing, Operations, or Supply Chain to include experience leading cross-functional projects reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Master's degree plus 3 years of Gallo winery experience in, Scrum/Agile, Process Improvement, Consumer Packaged Goods, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales or Marketing to include experience leading cross-functional projects reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

• Computer skills requirements include MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and MS PowerPoint.
What Will Set You Apart
• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of experience in project management reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) and/or Black Belt Certification
• Consumer Packaged Goods or Alcohol beverage experience
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Experience influencing, negotiating, and resolving conflicts to reach consensus around common goals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities while be adaptable and flexible.
• Demonstrated proficiency in creative problem solving.
• Strong team building, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Leverages specific knowledge of the organization (cellar operations/ regulatory/ marketing/ wine style and product guidance etc.) to progress initiatives through completion.
Compensation:
• Hiring Salary Range Posted: $100,600 - $151,000 / year
• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
