Job Title: Craft Spirits Sales Specialist

Location: Metro New York Area

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Craft Spirits Sales Specialist. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with retail stores and restaurants across Metro New York, promoting our premium artisanal spirits, and driving sales growth.

Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships as an overlay with our existing sales team for on-premise and off-premise accounts.

Sales Strategy: Identify new business opportunities, pitch products, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

Product Education: Conduct tastings and training sessions for Vintus New York and customer personnel, showcasing the unique qualities of our artisanal spirits.

Brand Representation: Act as the face of the brands at industry events, promotional activities, and consumer tastings.

Brand Liaising: Interact as a consultant for our spirits suppliers and brands in pricing, and product category management, and incentive programming

Market Insights: Monitor sales trends, gather feedback, and provide regular reports to the team to refine strategies.

Qualifications:

5 years proven experience in spirits sales, hospitality, or related fields.

Strong knowledge, excitement and curiosity of artisanal spirits and mixology.

Excellent communication and networking skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Capability of a individual contributor as well as a team player.

Business management acumen.

Familiarity with the Metro New York market is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

$95,000 - $105,000 plus bonus and supplier incentives.
