Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Google Ads, Affiliate Marketing, and other top-of-funnel tactics. You will also support the Director of Ecommerce in other programming tactics as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Ad & Performance Marketing
•  Google Ads: strategy, execution, and optimization to create more brand awareness, drive new leads and conversions.
•  Develop and manage budget allocation across paid channels, optimizing for ROAS and customer LTV.
•  Maintain and update product listings within Google Merchant Center.
•  Conduct A/B test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
•  Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, extracting insights to improve campaign efficiency.

Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships
•  Lead the end-to-end management of our affiliate marketing program, onboarding new partners and optimizing performance.
•  Develop and nurture relationships with affiliates, publishers, and brand partners to expand SLWC’s reach.
•  Track and analyze affiliate-driven revenue, ensuring optimal commission structures and program scalability.
•  Collaborate with third-party affiliate platforms to streamline campaign execution and reporting.

Competitor & Market Research
•  Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in paid marketing and affiliate strategies.
•  Research and assess emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
•  Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and recommend new growth opportunities and investment.

Other
•  Contribute to special projects and other assigned tasks as needed, supporting overall business goals and growth opportunities.
•  Ensure website quality and performance by conducting daily quality assurance checks, identifying and resolving functionality, rendering, and user experience issues.
•  Collaborate with the Director of eCommerce and Digital Marketing to create and implement engaging digital marketing content that enhances customer engagement and boosts conversions.

Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, economics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in ecommerce and digital marketing within the wine industry, with a Fortune 500 company, or within a luxury brand
•  3+ years of experience and strong expertise in managing Google Ads and Google Analytics
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and drive business results
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail
Passion for wine and a desire to contribute to the success of a prestigious winery
•  Experience with Klaviyo email / SMS platform, preferred.
