As the Director of Events + Wine Club, you’re not just running events and our wine club—you’re building a community of passionate wine lovers who feel deeply connected to LucidWild. You’ll oversee private and corporate events, VIP gatherings, and our exclusive wine club community, making sure that every experience, from a first-time visit to a lifelong membership, is nothing short of unforgettable.

- Create the Unexpected. Whether it’s an elevated tasting in the WineCaves, a multi-course wine dinner, or an all-out, wine-soaked weekend retreat, you’ll ensure every event experience is seamless, immersive, and a little bit magical.

- Curate an Exclusive Membership. Our wine club is a lifestyle, deep connections, and unforgettable experiences that keep members engaged year-round.

- Turn Spaces into Stories. The SkyLounge, LivingRoom, RecRoom, and IdeaLab are more than just venues, they’re your canvas. Your role is to curate and sell unforgettable events for VIPs and corporations, transforming these spaces into immersive, lasting impressions.

- Keep Members Hooked. You’ll craft exclusive perks, experiences, and members-only events that make LucidWild Estate not just a wine club, but a way of life.

- Build Killer Partnerships. Work with top-tier private event planners, luxury brands, and high-end clients to curate VIP experiences that drive membership loyalty.

- Own the Details. Oversee budgets, logistics, vendors, and take full ownership of the wine club, ensuring it operates at the highest level—because even the wildest experiences need structure.

- Lead seamless wine club shipments. No one likes lost wine. You’ll manage the club-run logistics, marketing collateral, club inserts, allocations, and inventory to ensure our members get their wines on time, every time.

WHO YOU ARE: (BESIDES A LEGEND)
- We’re not looking for just another “Events and Wine Club person” We’re looking for a visionary, a curator of moments, and a fearless leader of unforgettable experiences.

MUST-HAVES:
- You get luxury, but you keep it real. You know how to create high-end, high-touch experiences without making them feel stuffy.

- You’ve done this before 5+ years in luxury hospitality, winery events, wine clubs, or experiential marketing.

- You know wine, or at least you want to. Deep knowledge of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and food pairings is a huge plus.

- You’re a people magnet. Relationship-building is second nature to you, and you know how to keep guests

- You’ve worked with high-profile clients. VIPs, corporate leaders, and tastemakers. You know how to make them feel at home.

- You’re obsessed with details. Nothing slips past you.
