Del Dotto Vineyards is an Ultra-Premium family-owned winery in Napa and St. Helena. We are currently recruiting highly motivated, energetic people to work in our tasting room. We have a great staff that works hard but also has a lot of fun doing it.

We are looking for full or part time employees that will lead the food service during our world class Delicacies Wine and Food Pairings as well as our VIP member events. This individual will be responsible for the overall food service during the day-to-day operations and will play a key role in assisting the Service Manager at all members’ events. Candidates will also be trained to work behind the tasting bar, ring in sales and greet our customers.

The ideal candidates must be at least 21 years old, be able to lift and move up to 45 pounds and be able to stand for long periods of time. Candidates must have a passion for and knowledge of wine, service and be able to work weekends and holidays. High energy and excellent communication skills are a must as well as experience with POS systems and computer literacy. Candidates must be able to multi-task, be a team player and love people.

Skills:
Service experience in a winery or restaurant environment preferred.
POS and computer literate.
General knowledge of winemaking preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, some holidays and events in the evening.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Perform routine housekeeping, organization, and stocking tasks.
Willingness to learn about our wines and philosophy.

We pay hourly plus commission.

Hourly Wage Range: $22-$26/hour
w/comm $32-36
