We want to continue to build on that spirit by adding a talented and dynamic Human Resources and Marketing Coordinator to our team. The Human Resources and Marketing Coordinator is a key support partner for the administration of all HR and Marketing Programs.

What we will ask you to do:
•  Be the first point of contact for all Human Resources and Marketing needs.
•  Create and manage LinkedIn content calendar and provide on-going community management and tracking of LinkedIn channel activity. Support Social and PR activities as needed.
•  Collaborate with HR Business Partner and provide recruiting support including but not limited to posting jobs, scheduling, and coordinating interviews, generating offer letters, and ad hoc candidate communications.
•  Manages new hire orientation coordination, facilitation of day one and manage follow up communications, including but not limited to, new hire tastings, 30,60,90 day check ins, etc.
•  Work closely with HR Business Partner with generating employee changes in HRIS.
•  Manage all Company wide, employee engagement events.
•  Manage offboarding process, helping administratively and ensuring HRBP and employees are set up for success.
•  Develop internal and external marketing collateral to support engagement, training, events, and sales. Assist with photoshoots and content creation.
•  Manages in-kind donation budget, requests, and process. Responds to, fulfills, and tracks in-kind donations in a timely manner.
•  Assist with the coordination and scheduling of trade, media and influencer events and tastings, (blocking room, coordinating wine selection, organizing gifts, etc.)
•  Contribute a passionate, enthusiastic, focused and creative outlook each day.
•  Be highly dependable.
•  Have strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.

What you should bring to the table:
•  Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of professional experience required.
•  Strong written and oral communication skills.
•  Extremely detail orientated and accurate.
•  Computer proficiency in MS Office, UKG (HRIS) and Canva (or similar design software) experience desired.
•  Exceptional customer service skills and people first focus.
•  Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive issues or information.
•  Ability to work independently and execute job responsibilities with limited guidance and supervision.
