Rickards Winery is an Established Family Owned and Operated Northern Sonoma County Winery deeply driven by our passion for our wines, our vineyards, our people, and the amazing property we live on. We are currently seeking a dynamic, driven, and professional individual to join our hospitality team. The Tasting Room Host acts as a brand ambassador, creates memorable experiences for all guests, and works well in a team-oriented environment. Duties & responsibilities include daily interaction with winery guests, hosting tastings & guided tour experiences, educating visitors on our history, assisting with special winery events and participation in outreach to local partners.

The successful candidate will possess skills including:
•  Previous Tasting Room, hospitality, or wine sales experience
•  A healthy sense of humor as well as a vivacious and outgoing personality
•  Operates with enthusiasm, integrity, and a customer-first attitude
•  Monday, Friday and Saturday availability and on-call availability during the week and event Sundays required
•  A passion for wine and food
•  Promotion and sales of our Wine Club
•  Very strong multi-tasking skills
•  Enjoys working in a team environment
•  Valid CA driver's license with clean driving record
•  Stand for up to eight hours a day while working
•  Familiarity working with Adobe software, a plus
•  Lift up to 50 pounds, repetitively
•  Preparing and packing wine shipments
•  Ensure all sales and orders are promptly and properly processed in the POS system
•  Stocking and cleaning
•  Must be at least 21 years of age and possess or is able to complete certification for Responsible Beverage Service
