We are currently seeking a dynamic, driven, and professional individual to join our hospitality team. The Tasting Room Host acts as a brand ambassador, creates memorable experiences for all guests, and works well in a team-oriented environment. Duties & responsibilities include daily interaction with winery guests, hosting tastings & guided tour experiences, educating visitors on our history, assisting with special winery events and participation in outreach to local partners.

The successful candidate will possess skills including:
•  Previous Tasting Room, hospitality, or wine sales experience
•  A healthy sense of humor as well as a vivacious and outgoing personality
•  Operates with enthusiasm, integrity, and a customer-first attitude
•  Monday, Friday and Saturday availability and on-call availability during the week and event Sundays required
•  A passion for wine and food
•  Promotion and sales of our Wine Club
•  Very strong multi-tasking skills
•  Enjoys working in a team environment
•  Valid CA driver's license with clean driving record
•  Stand for up to eight hours a day while working
•  Familiarity working with Adobe software, a plus
•  Lift up to 50 pounds, repetitively
•  Preparing and packing wine shipments
•  Ensure all sales and orders are promptly and properly processed in the POS system
•  Stocking and cleaning
•  Must be at least 21 years of age and possess or is able to complete certification for Responsible Beverage Service
