Over the past 20 vintages, Revana Cabernet Sauvignon has twice been selected to Wine Spectator’s Top 100 Wines of the World (#4 - 2007) and (#93 - 2014), and recently we have expanded our hospitality and membership programs due to growing demand.
Our hospitality program is highly personalized and focused on private experiences that allow us to genuinely connect, story-tell, and engage daily with our extensive membership and VIP guests in an appointment-only atmosphere.

POSITION SUMMARY
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and motivated wine professional who is a high performer who can build high trust within a small team and contribute to our larger team's vision in a multitude of areas. This is a dynamic role that can become a platform for growth to learn all aspects of the wine business at the highest level across all three Estate wineries and global distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Hospitality Program Leadership
- Develop Revana Estate as a leading wine destination in the Napa Valley through authentically engaging experiences that successfully drive sales, traffic and retention.
- Uphold and improve on the comprehensive training program for five-star luxury wine service.
- Be present on the floor to manage staff, develop relationships with guests, and oversee and reinforce luxury hospitality reputation.
- Participate in daily morning meetings with the team to review the level of experience for each group.
- Develop and manage client follow-up and outreach programs and train staff to manage client lists for outbound sales.
- Assist in managing on and offsite hospitality experiences, including destination experiences.
B. Operations & Facilities:
- Assist in designing hospitality spaces with unique touches that have compelling stories.
- Develop and manage small and thoughtful high-end gifting & merchandise programs.
- Develop Visual Storytelling and collateral for Hospitality spaces.
C. Membership/Client Facing:
- Develop and maintain client/member relationships.
- Oversee research for guest profiles and outreach.
- Represent Revana Estate at outside functions as required (we have over 50+ nationwide events annually)
- Participate in special hospitality events that occur at hospitality facilities
- Act as concierge/host if one is off the property. Duties include but are not limited to answering the phone and email communications while managing the Hospitality facilities.
D. Outreach & Networking:
- Create, capture, and leverage customer information for follow-up sales programs (outbound, Syndicated, etc).
- Network and develop mutual collaboration with similarly positioned hotels, restaurants, wineries, and transportation providers.
E. Leadership:
- Mentor, coach, and train team to cultivate a high-performance collaborative culture
- Foster teamwork and camaraderie amongst the staff to achieve collective and individual goals.
- Hands-on supervision of a small, dynamic tasting room sales staff, leading by example to drive positive outcomes relating to sales and guest service

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant Luxury Hospitality and Sales Experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS/CRM systems
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Attention to detail- in all facets, at all times
- Motivated individual, driven by excellence
