Your Role: Wholesale & Outside Sales Manager

As BOW’s Wholesale & Outside Sales Manager, you’ll spearhead efforts to expand our wholesale and event presence both in Virginia and across state lines. You’ll cultivate relationships with top-tier distributors, exclusive retailers, fine dining venues, and prestigious events, ensuring BOW’s reputation as the go-to brand for high-quality wine and beer.



Key Responsibilities:
•  Expand Our Horizons: Identify, pitch, and secure wholesale accounts with premier distributors, boutique hotels, luxury retailers, and restaurants across Virginia—and beyond.

•  Lead on the Ground: Build long-lasting relationships with wholesale partners through exceptional service, consistent communication, and on-site support.

•  Amplify the Brand: Be BOW’s ambassador, educating partners and consumers on the artistry and passion behind our wines and beers.

•  Elevate Strategies: Develop innovative wholesale approaches to exceed revenue targets, break into new markets, and strengthen brand positioning.

•  Own the Stage: Represent BOW at national and regional tastings, trade shows, festivals, and curated events to showcase our products.

•  Collaborate for Excellence: Partner with the winemaking, brewing, and marketing teams to align product strategies with market trends.

•  Track Success: Monitor performance metrics, analyze sales trends, and provide actionable insights to the Director of Wholesale and Outside Sales.

•  Curate Outside Events: Develop and oversee partnerships for off-site tastings, pairing dinners, and exclusive events to grow our exposure.


What You Bring to the Table:
•  Proven Expertise: 3+ years of wholesale or outside sales experience in wine, craft beer, or premium beverages, with a demonstrated ability to scale distribution.

•  Industry Savvy: Deep knowledge of wine and beer markets, with a passion for emerging trends.

•  Connector of People: A natural relationship builder who thrives on forging meaningful partnerships.

•  Strategic Vision: Strong planning and organizational skills to create and execute winning sales strategies.

•  Tech-Savvy Tools: Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred) and sales analytics.

•  Go-Getter Attitude: Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who’s ready to hustle in a fast-paced industry.

•  Flexibility and Travel: Willingness to travel extensively both within Virginia and nationally, and to work evenings or weekends when needed.

•  Physical Endurance: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods during events.
