Fulfillment and Logistics Manager

Job Description:

The Fulfillment and Logistics Manager will work closely with leadership to ensure a superior client experience from order to fulfillment. They will manage the fulfillment of all orders from our private client base, both in-person and via ecommerce, ensuring a safe, clear and effortless arrival to destinations worldwide. They will work closely with our shipping partners to direct and coordinate fast-paced shipping campaigns throughout the year.

To achieve the above, the Fulfillment and Logistics Manager must be a self-motivated, proactive, organized, detail-oriented individual who has a clear sense of agency and thrives in an independent working environment. They will be adept at developing productive working relationships with management, co-workers and other key partners in our business, managing a leadership-directed schedule of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks.

Primary Responsibilities
-Act as liaison between Antica Terra, Yes Society, and all external shipping partners
-Manage and confirm all inventory transfers and movements
-Manage an inventory dashboard, reporting on low or out of stock items and all other variances
-Control order fulfillment processes across all ecommerce platforms.
-Track and manage weather and insufficient stock holds, special state requirements, quarantines, international orders, samples, exceptions, redirects, returns, and reships.
-Schedule customer shipping notifications as designed by leadership
-Manage client addresses and shipping requests across all platforms
-Procure and manage inventory of all shipment packaging
-Partner with the onsite team to onsite team to organize and prepare all member wine pick-ups
-Understand and adhere to Company environmental standards

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
-High level of integrity and dependability
-Fluency in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular)
-Experience with POS, compliance platforms, and/or fulfillment platforms a plus
-Impeccable phone demeanor
-Excellent organizational skills
-Confident and sound decision making
-A team player with high level of dedication
-Ability to work under strict deadlines
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a quick moving environment
-The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
-Must be at least 21 years of age
