**Job Purpose:**
The Account Executive - Wine & Spirits will drive growth within the wine and spirits market and identify opportunities in other premium sectors. This role centers on building relationships, understanding industry needs, and utilizing our advanced production capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
•  Build relationships with wine and spirits clients, targeting other premium food and beverage brands as well.
•  Present our state-of-the-art production facility’s capabilities to clients.
•  Address the unique labeling needs of the wine and spirits industry.
•  Respond promptly to leads and identify new business opportunities.
•  Attend trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote the company.
•  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
•  Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to the CEO.

**Qualifications:**
•  Knowledge of the wine and spirits industry.
•  No specific academic qualifications are required.

**Experience:**
•  Minimum of 5 years in outside sales.
•  Prior experience selling to the wine and spirits industry is an advantage.

**Skills:**
•  Strong organizational skills.
•  Proficiency in prospecting and lead generation.
•  Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
•  Ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
•  Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•  Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Personal Attributes:**
•  Proactive and self-motivated.
•  Detail-oriented.
•  Tech-savvy.

**Compensation:**
•  Non-recoverable draw with a competitive commission structure.
•  On Target Earnings (OTE) of $150,000.
•  Full health, dental, and vision insurance.
•  Paid Time Off (PTO).

Directly reports to the CEO.
