Area Sales Manager at Greenbar Distillery, Los Angeles, CA
Job Description:
The area sales manager will help build the company's portfolio of organic spirits and NA RTDs in Southern California with a focus on the greater Los Angeles area. The ideal employee is an organized, achievement-oriented professional who knows how to make cocktails with confidence, sell on-premise through menu placements, and sell and support off-premise through merchandising and demos. At least 80% of the sales manager’s time will be in the field selling and supporting the portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
- Selling key Greenbar products with limited distributor support
- Maintaining important account relationships
- Attending and supporting events to present brand to new customers
- Analyzing and targeting accounts for potential opportunities
- Providing weekly and monthly reports against goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in adult beverage sales (supplier or distribution)
- Verifiable track record of success
- Fluency in making cocktails and placing them on menus
- Valid driver license, a clean driving record and access to a vehicle. Local travel is required for this position and the person must live in a key metro market within the assigned region.
Compensation:
- $70K - $75K (base) + commission + expenses
- 80 hours paid time off
