About Us
Untamed Wine Estates is a new production winery and tasting room located just outside of Hye, Texas. The owners are a husband and wife team who have made wine for corporations both nationally and internationally before deciding to open a winery of their own. Breaking free of the corporate mold or becoming “untamed” inspired the name, wine, and theme of this state of the art facility.
Opened in April 2021, we are quickly establishing a reputation for quality wines, a grand production space, and tasty award-winning Neapolitan pizzas. We're looking to add to our growing team; someone that brings experience and a passion to learn and grow with our company.
Untamed is also a custom crush facility receiving both Texas and California grapes for multiple wineries throughout the area in addition to their own production. The facility also houses a commercial laboratory analyzing wines for wineries throughout Texas, California, New York, and Louisiana
