Job Description:

The primary focus of the Labeling Crew Member is labeling and repackaging of all wines for The Napa Valley Reserve.

Essential Functions:

The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.

Manual application of front and back labels to individual unlabeled bottles.
Manual application of neckband labels to individual bottles.
Tissue wrapping of individual bottles.
Pallet stacking of finished cases.
Manual application of wax caps.
Assist the Labeling Crew Supervisor with email communications, inventory transfers and data logging.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent education.
Years of Experience: 1 or more years of experience in similar position.
Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing in both English and Spanish.
General computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs.
Customer & Member service focused.
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and self-motivated
Team oriented and willing to help co-workers.
Ability to remain steady under pressure.
Positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm.

Working Conditions:

Warehouse environment
Numerous projects in progress at any given time.
Lift and handle materials weighing up to 60 pounds.
Work overtime when required.
Grasp, stoop, carry, and crouch.
