About the Role
We are seeking a innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our marketing strategy for the launch of our new e-commerce platform. . This role offers the rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a transformative project, with significant autonomy and decision-making power. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand, driving customer acquisition, and building a loyal customer base.
Reporting directly to the company owner, you will have the chance to make a significant impact from day one. You will work closely with leadership to execute a comprehensive marketing plan that spans email marketing, social media, content creation, paid advertising, public relations, and more. Your focus will be on data-driven decision-making, leveraging metrics to optimize campaigns, and ensuring that our marketing efforts deliver maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
•  Lead Marketing Execution: Implement and manage the marketing strategies outlined in our Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) plan, with an initial focus on our launch and executing the marketing needs of our go-to-market strategy.
•  Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, CTR, ROI) to track campaign performance and make informed decisions that drive results.
•  Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, drive conversions, and re-engage existing customers.
•  Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategy, including content creation, paid advertising, and community engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
•  Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters.
•  Paid Advertising: Plan and manage targeted paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google, ensuring effective spend and high ROI.
•  Public Relations: Assist with press outreach, including the development of press releases and coordination with media outlets to secure coverage in top-tier publications.
•  SEO and Content Marketing: Work with SEO experts and content creators to optimize website content for search engines and drive organic traffic.
•  Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop strategies to attract new customers while retaining and nurturing existing ones, ensuring long-term growth and success.
•  Collaboration and Leadership: As the marketing team grows, you will have the opportunity to build, lead, and mentor a team of marketing professionals, shaping the future of our brand.

Qualifications
•  Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on e-commerce and digital marketing.
•  Data-Driven Mindset: Strong understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
•  Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and brand growth.
•  Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media advertising tools.
•  Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
•  Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
•  Passion for Growth: Enthusiasm for being part of a startup environment where you can have a significant impact and grow your career as the company expands.
•  Love for wine (optional): While not required, a basic to intermediate understanding of wine and the wine industry is a plus.
