Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Client Relations Manager, the Client Relations Coordinator is responsible for assisting clients with questions and concerns, shipping wine and handling all returns.

We are seeking a people-friendly, detail oriented, organized individual who enjoys fulfilling clients' wine needs! The Client Relations Coordinator position requires strong customer service and organizational skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•  Provide professional and timely support to client inquiries and concerns
•  Communicate effectively with clients in person, via email, and over the phone
•  Manage orders from pre-arrival through holding and final shipment
•  Schedule wine shipments, ensuring weather safety throughout the transit route
•  Serve as a liaison between the Sales Department and Warehouse Team
•  Support the Sales Team with order entry, web orders, and internal coordination
•  Process physical returns with accuracy and attention to detail
•  Manage invoices and coordinate shipping logistics
•  Stay current on domestic shipping regulations and requirements
•  Coordinate customer pick-up orders and ensure smooth handoffs
•  Notify clients of any issues with shipments and work to find mutually satisfactory resolutions
•  Collaborate with the Client Relations Manager to process credit card exchanges and returns
•  Assist in the development and refinement of departmental procedures
•  Answer and direct phone calls throughout the office
•  Participate in additional activities as needed to support the Client Relations and Sales Teams

Skills & Qualifications:
•  Excellent client relations skills: ability to create and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients
•  Self-directed with high personal quality expectations, as well as a solid team player
•  Exceptional problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills
•  Expertise using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
•  An interest or prior knowledge in wine is a plus but is not required to start!
