David Hill Winery is an all estate grown wine producer located in Forest Grove, Oregon. Our
vines, planted in the 1960’s, are some of the oldest and most diverse in the Willamette Valley.
Wine production occurs on site with all native yeast fermentations and a focus on organic
practices. This is a terrific opportunity to be part of a winemaking team that can offer a strong
education environment, extensive experience, creative space, and which promotes and provides
growth opportunities within the company.

We are looking for a dedicated, excited, and passionate person to join our team full time starting
immediately. The position will be year around in the winery with some opportunities to assist in
specific vineyard work as well. Experience working in wineries is a plus, however we will
provide thorough training to individuals eager to learn and get involved.

Requirements and Qualifications:
•  It would be a bonus if you have at least 1 year or more of previous experience or equivalent
education.
•  Forklift experience a plus but not required.
•  Basic knowledge of viticulture & winemaking
•  Able to work long hours (12+) and have flexible schedule.
•  Long term standing or walking on uneven terrain.
•  Ability to speak Spanish, or a commitment to learn on the job.
•  Motivated and willing to learn about wine and vines
•  Strong work ethic.
•  Able to lift 50 lbs. and work extended hours in a physically demanding environment
•  Ability to follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety procedures.
•  Reliable mode of transportation
