Responsibilities

Fully remote & open to relocating.
25%-50% monthly travel in the US is mandatory.
International travel required as needed.
Communicate directly with wineries in multiple countries.
Liaise with our compliance offices, distributor partners, & clients.
Set and manage the daily schedules and calendars of company executives.
Arrange meetings and travel for executives both domestic and international.
Assist in building out impactful events around the US.
Manage traditional paper and/or electronic filing systems.
Perform both basic and complex bookkeeping/clerical duties.
Prepare documents, such as expense reports, memos, invoices, insuring timely completion and submission.
Create spreadsheets, manage databases, prepare presentations.
Track inventory levels, monthly shipments, & depletions.
Review financial documents & adjust as requested.
Conduct research as requested.
Present product(s) to sales teams, upper management, and buyers.
Requirements
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Executive Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant to CEO in a professional setting.
Have bachelor’s degree or education and work experience equivalent.
Be highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a high paced environment.
Demonstrate time-management skills – with the ability to prioritize and delegate responsibilities as necessary.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. Previous experience communicating with executives is preferred.
Bi-lingual both verbally and written a plus. Comfortable working and communicating with people in multiple countries.
Ability to handle confidential information with both discretion and professionalism.
Proficient in common office software, such as Microsoft Office, familiarity with online collaboration tools, and the capacity to learn new platforms of data reporting.
Experience managing budgets and expenses.
Availability to travel 25%-50% of the time.
Feel confident and comfortable to present product(s) in front of sales teams, upper management and buyers.
