Location: Remote Elgible for the right candidate: This position can be remote within the United States with travel to our Modesto, CA headquarters as needed.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Communications and Content Manager to spearhead all communication initiatives and projects within our sales organization. This pivotal role involves developing and executing a comprehensive sales communication program and strategy aimed at driving engagement and enabling business success across all levels of our field sales team.

As the guardian of all sales communication platforms, you will be responsible for deploying impactful communications and initiatives, ensuring they are received and understood promptly by team members. Your expertise in content management practices will empower you to enable persona-driven sales materials recommendations, enhancing the effectiveness of our sales efforts.

Key responsibilities include owning the sales communications strategy in partnership with DRIVE leadership, crafting specific communication processes, and leading the development and distribution of sales communications using a variety of vehicles and technologies. Your ability to communicate internal messages in a clear, timely, and effective manner will be crucial, as will your skill in sourcing and incorporating feedback to continually evolve our sales communications.

You will also play a significant role in content management and organization, optimizing the searchability and accessibility of content within our preferred system and acting as a main point of contact between Gallo and distributors for digital assets.

We are looking for a candidate who can analyze trends and usage patterns to inform future asset development, partner with Sales and Marketing to maintain asset collections, and identify opportunities to streamline asset transfers between systems.

What You Will Need:

•  Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or Project Management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
•  Exceptional verbal, written, and organizational skills.
•  Experience developing and presenting information to groups of people.
•  Knowledge of basic communications/public relations fundamentals.
•  Possesses strong project management skills.
•  Computer Skill Requirements include: MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
•  Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
•  Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.


•  Hiring Salary Range Posted: $80,190.00 - $133,700.00 / year
•  Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
