Bledsoe Family Winery is focused on creating exceptional guest experiences while sharing the unique varietals and stories of our wines produced from the Walla Walla Valley. Bledsoe Family Winery is the sister winery to Doubleback, which was founded by former NFL Quarterback, Drew Bledsoe and his wife, Maura, in 2007 as an estate Cabernet Sauvignon project. Both of these brands are part of our larger umbrella company, Bledsoe Wine Estates, which also includes Bledsoe|McDaniels, a partnership between Drew Bledsoe and Josh McDaniels focusing on the terroir driven varietals of Pinot Noir and Syrah. Josh McDaniels is our CEO and Director of Winemaking for all projects that now encompasses five estate vineyards, an estate winery, a property in Willamette Valley, a downtown tasting room in the Walla Walla Valley, and a tasting room in Bend, Oregon.

This position will join our hospitality staff at our Bledsoe Family Winery tasting room in downtown Walla Walla, WA to host tasting room experiences, achieve tasting room sales goals, and be a representative of our company’s core values. Our Sales and Hospitality Associate will be responsible for educating our guests and members about our wines, our winemaking processes, and the history and stories of Bledsoe Wine Estates, all while providing exceptional customer service.


Job Responsibilities
•  Provide exceptional, customer focused, genuine experiences
•  Tasting Room Coverage Wednesday through Sunday during all hours of operation as well as Events
•  Set up, clean up, and tasting room supplies management
•  Maintain clean and tidy tasting room area- indoor and outdoor
•  Achieve wine club sign up goals
•  Provide our Guests and Members with education about our wines and winemaking processes
•  Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

•  Prior experience in wine industry related positions preferred but not mandatory.
•  Detail oriented, with a positive attitude to work hard.
•  Must be able to work as a team with a flexible attitude to work with a small, growing team and company.
•  Have strong customer service and sales skills.
•  Must be over 21 years of age, able to lift 40 pounds or more.
•  MAST permit must be obtained.
