Our team is expanding to support our growing portfolio. Our Wine Educator acts as an ambassador for Far Niente Wine Estates promoting its heritage, goals, and guiding principles.

You will be successful in this role while performing these essential responsibilities:

Build new and retain existing ambassadors through customer engagement, customer follow-up and by providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
Achieve or exceed department goals by utilizing strategic selling skills to encourage membership and through assisting customers with purchases.
Conduct informative tasting experiences including guided tours with ability to display and convey knowledge of wine and the stories of our wineries.
Ability to work non-traditional business hours including some evenings and weekends.

You will be qualified for this role if you met these requirements:

2 + years retail customer service experience required.
Goal orientated and able to work as part of a team.
Proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems and basic computer skills preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in the predominately used language. Strong communication skills.
Ability to lift to 40 lbs.
Ability to stand, ascend and descend stairs. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Pay range: $20 to $23
